The application process of applying to live at Washington Studios Artist Cooperative is:

1.  Take a look at the housing application
and if interested, fill it out and send it to Bowman Properties. 

2.  Have your Artistic Interview.  Bring examples/images/DVD of your artwork.  Once you have your artist interview, the financial application begins with managing agent, Bowman Properties.

3.  Financial Interview with Bowman Properties, our managing agent.

4.  If everything checks out:  you passed your artistic interview and meet the financial guidelines, you are added to the list as a potential member.  The committee on a monthly or earlier basis, will look at availability and who is able to move in and let you know what's available and roughly when you can move in.

Apartments feature:  live work studio space, 12 foot or higher ceilings, hardwood floors, large windows, on a bus line, lake view and minutes from lake walk.  All utilities included except electricity and phone.
